Caroline County Economic Development fully recognized the tremendous assets and opportunities available to businesses choosing to locate in the County. They also recognized they had limited funding and time to dedicate to every opportunity and demand at their doorstep.

With our experience in commercial real estate, we were able to increase communication and level of service provided to businesses both established and interested in establishing in the County. We provided advisory services throughout the process of site location and development, strategic growth opportunities, downsizing options, & acquisition and expansion negotiation.

Talbot County Department of Economic Development and Tourism had limited staff due to recent turnover and the inability to backfill the position. MARYLAND SMALL BUSINESS
DEVELOPMENT CENTER
The Maryland Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is committed to supporting the sustainability and continuity of business operations for client businesses and entrepreneurs throughout the state. To assist the Maryland SBDC with their goals, we:

Serve as a statewide commercial real estate industry resource with a focus on advising SBDC consultants and clients on issues pertinent to the industry and its impact on small business and entrepreneurship.

Provide direct support to SBDC clients seeking information and advice in the areas of real estate investment, contract negotiation and restructuring, lease/mortgage payment deferral options, limitations of occupancy and other methods of managing commercial real estate costs.

Offer direct consultation and co-consultation assistance to clients.

Develop and host/co-host webinar sessions to connect SBDC clients and consultants with industry experts and critical information,

Establish, conduct and participate in a Women's Collective mastermind group to support women-owned small businesses and female entrepreneurs.
ACCOMACK COUNTY, VA
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (ACEDA)
Accomack County, Virginia is home to the Wallops Research Park. Nestled in between heavily travelled NASA, NAVY and NOAA administration facilities, the park is primed for development by those in the aeronautical, space and military industries, their supportive services - and beyond. Seeking an in-depth review from a partner experienced in design guideline development and real estate development, the Accomack County Economic Development Authority engaged the services of M3 Synergies to provide a comprehensive review with written feedback on the Wallops Research Park Design Guide and the associated Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.
